1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jungular ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jungular is a cloud-based platform for molecular dynamics simulations. The Service includes a web-based molecular builder, simulation job management, data analysis tools, and compute resources provided via AWS infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Compute Credits
- Credits are used to pay for compute resources (simulation jobs).
- Credit prices vary by plan tier.
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Unused free-tier credits cannot be transferred or sold.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
- Use compute resources for purposes unrelated to molecular simulation (e.g., cryptocurrency mining)
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all simulation data, molecular structures, and analysis results you create using the Service. Jungular retains ownership of the platform, software, and documentation.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Compute jobs may be interrupted due to AWS Spot Instance reclamation; our automatic checkpointing system will attempt to resume such jobs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jungular is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost simulation data or compute credits consumed by failed jobs.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your simulation data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
