  • Simulation Data — molecular structures, simulation configurations, and output files you create and store on the platform.
  • Usage Data — compute resource usage, feature interactions, and session information to improve our service.
  • Payment Information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Jungular platform
  • Process simulations and manage compute resources
  • Send account notifications and service updates
  • Improve our platform based on usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your simulation data is stored on AWS infrastructure (S3, RDS) in the US East region. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers — AWS (compute), Stripe (payments), and analytics tools necessary to operate the platform.
  • Legal Requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights.

You can:

  • Access and download your simulation data at any time
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
