Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Plan credits renew monthly and do not roll over.
Frequently Asked Questions
Credits included in your plan renew each month and do not roll over. Additional credits purchased outside of your plan are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused purchased credits expire after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, your platform fee is prorated for the remaining period. Existing credits carry over and future purchases use the new rate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. For Academic and Enterprise plans, we also support purchase orders (POs) and invoicing.
Yes, we support POs for Academic, Team, and Enterprise plans. Contact our sales team to set up PO-based billing. Net-30 and Net-60 terms are available for qualifying organizations.
Free accounts can run up to 2 concurrent simulations on up to 8 cores each. Academic and Team plans support up to 10 concurrent simulations with configurable core counts. Enterprise plans have custom limits based on your agreement.
Yes, you can add seats at any time within your plan's limit. If you need more seats than your current sub-tier allows, you can upgrade to the next sub-tier with a prorated platform fee adjustment.
